Yes, you can have your cake and enjoy eating it too! Your
cake should be a beautiful centerpiece for your
celebration, but it should also be a delicious dessert. I
have been a baker and pastry chef for over twenty years,
and I am also a lifelong foodie. I absolutely will not
sell a cake that I would not proudly serve to my family and
friends. I do not compromise flavor for convenience or
I bake my cakes from scratch using only the finest
ingredients. I use fresh fruits, the best spices, the finest
chocolate and real butter and eggs. I won't
just open a bag or a bucket to make your cake.

The signature cakes highlight some favorite combinations.
Please feel free to mix and match flavors as you like,
and feel free to request a flavor you do not see on the
menu. I love making new flavor combinations!
