Yes, you can have your cake and enjoy eating it too! Your cake should be a beautiful centerpiece for your celebration, but it should also be a delicious dessert. I have been a baker and pastry chef for over twenty years, and I am also a lifelong foodie. I absolutely will not sell a cake that I would not proudly serve to my family and friends. I do not compromise flavor for convenience or durability.
I bake my cakes from scratch using only the finest ingredients. I use fresh fruits, the best spices, the finest chocolate and real butter and eggs. I won't just open a bag or a bucket to make your cake.
The flavors listed on the menu are only the beginning. The signature cakes highlight some favorite combinations. Please feel free to mix and match flavors as you like, and feel free to request a flavor you do not see on the menu. I love making new flavor combinations!
