If you'd like to meet with us to design your custom cake, please call or email to set up an appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until you speak with someone directly or you get an email confirming your appointment time.

We suggest scheduling your free wedding cake consultation/tasting at least three to six months before your wedding date.

A 1/3 ($100 min.) non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date with us. Your final payment is due 3 weeks prior to the event.

Pick-ups will be scheduled at the time your order is placed.

We will deliver wedding cakes and large special occasion cakes within 1 hour of the Paoli PA area. Delivery fees are based on mileage and set-up arrangements.

Since every cake made at The Cake Art Studio is an individual creation, exact prices cannot be given. The final price of your cake will be determined by the flavor and design of the cake.

Generally, wedding cakes, large celebration cakes, and intricately decorated cakes start at $3.50 per serving. Single-tier cakes with a simple design are priced per cake and start at $25.
